A rental agreement should follow the laws for your state and city. Look in Nolo 
press for an agreement to buy and use that. If you have other things that you 
want to communicate, create a separate agreement.

I'm in search of rental agreements you use at your cohousing - please send
me any templates you have.
Also, have any of you had a 'rent-to-buy' situation? How did that work? Any
learnings from that of things you might do differently in future?
