Neil, Thanks for the update on Laird Schaub.

While he is widely known, there are probably some for whom simply
"Laird" could use some context.

Here are a couple bio like blurbs I found.  Not sure how current they are.

Laird Schaub, a member of Sandhill Farm community in Missouri, has
been doing consulting work on group process since 1987. A longtime
activist in community networking, he has lived in community since 1974
and been involved with the Fellowship for Intentional Community (FIC)
since 1986; he is currently its Executive Secretary.


Laird Schaub used to be the Executive Secretary of the Fellowship for
Intentional Community (FIC), publisher of this magazine, and was a
cofounder of Sandhill Farm, an egalitarian community in Missouri. He
now lives with his partner, Susan Anderson, in Duluth, Minnesota,
where their community is an old-fashioned neighborhood, complete with
book clubs and backyard barbecues. He is also a facilitation trainer
and process consultant, and authors a blog that can be read at
communityandconsensus.blogspot.com.
