Cohousing-L Mailing List: Re: charges to owners for personal use of guest rooms

We have a suggested donation of $50/night for each of our guest rooms, but that 
suggested donation does not apply to community members or their friends and 
family. No donation is expected for them, but often one is made. The rationale 
is that community members are already paying for the guest rooms via our HOA 
dues. The common house is in essence an extension of our own homes.
