Tom, this answer below makes the most sense to me ( ie one member only). We
could do four members, if preferable.

This law is not designed to catch hoa’s. If Treasury is unhappy with us
this truncated method, they will ask us to change it, not put us into jail.

Realistically, though, no one is going to look at our filing, much less
examine it and declare it out of order.

And some time relatively soon, although perhaps dependent on the events
about to transpire, hoa’s will be exempted from full compliance
requirements. It just hasn’t happened yet.

IRS and the current government WANT us to have solar credits.
