Diana,

I have passed your message on to the primary folks who were doing Cohousing
in Mt Airy ten years ago. I more recently attended one meeting of a
co-living group, but haven't heard anything lately about Cohousing in
Philly.

There are a couple Cohousing groups in the Philadelphia region - the
Newark, DE group is forming, and we at Altair own land and are now
presenting our site plan to the Township, looking to start building by the
end of the year. That's Kimberton, near Phoenixville/Valley Forge. You
are welcome to contact either group if you are not totally locked into
living in the city!

Yours,
Joel Bartlett, R/A
