Jean - I have been thinking about a microgrid for our place including a storage 
battery array for the panels. The state of Colorado does not allow microgrids. 
Ours could encompass another cohousing community across the street.


As an aside we decided against community based Level 2 chargers because of 
probable scheduling problems. How do you avoid bottlenecks?
