New ways of being together are not just possible—they’re necessary. As we face 
global challenges, we need practices that center connection, resilience, and 
equality. Sociocracy offers tools and frameworks that help us build 
communities, organizations, and networks where every voice matters and 
decisions are made together.

This is not a new movement. Many of us have been exploring inclusive, 
collaborative practices for years. What’s exciting is how much we can learn by 
coming together—across sectors, cultures, and experiences—to deepen our 
understanding and expand our impact.

Whether you’re just getting curious or have been practicing sociocracy for a 
while, this conference is for you.
Join fellow practitioners, educators, activists, nonprofit leaders, business 
innovators, and community builders from around the world.

We’ll explore real-world applications, share challenges and breakthroughs, and 
celebrate our collective learning. Most of all, we invite you to bring your
