Cohousing-L Mailing List: early connections for long term rental

hi all,

We are in the process of moving to England to be closer to our kids. We 
recently returned from a six month stay and are planning another six month stay 
or maybe longer in a few months. I am writing to see if anyone on the list is 
interested in renting our home or if anyone on the list knows of someone 
looking for a short term rental.

I'll have more details soon but here are the basics:

- furnished townhouse for rent at Sonora Cohousing in Tucson Arizona.
- two bedroom, 1.5 bath plus a fully finished 500 sqft basement (1500 sqft 
total)
- active community of about 100 people of all ages
- garden, chickens, dog walk, pool/spa, central lawn, parking on the sides, a 
large workshop, and a common house with large dining room, kitchen, lounge, 
kids' room, laundry, exercise room, crafts room, and a very nice guest room
- rent negotiable (i.e. price not yet set)

The minimum time for rental is six months but we are open to discussing a full 
year as well. And if things go well it could continue beyond that.
