Please pass this information on to potential cohousers about a June 19th, 6-8pm
PT session about potental ways to finance a condo in the soon-to-be-built
cohousing Mission Peak Village of Fremont.
AiRung Liu, owner of High Valley Financial Planning Services, will conduct an
in-person discussion of issues to consider that could lead to financing one of
our homes. The talk is for those seriously considering membership in Mission
Peak Village. If you are not yet a Member or Explorer, we recommend registering
at www.MissionPeakCohousing.org for our June 10 “Learn About” via Zoom and
becoming an Explorer before June 19. If you are in the area, consider getting
better acquainted with us at our picnic at Coyote Hills on June 1.

Are you aware of Square One Villages based in Eugene, not far from you?
They?re a cutting edge, very successful, organization building affordable
housing with tiny homes and other nonconventional zoning approaches.
