Cohousing-L Mailing List: 2 Apartments for Rent in DC

It’s rare that we have homes for rent at Takoma Village Cohousing in 
Washington, DC, but we currently have two opportunities! 
Details about the apartments and contact information for the homeowners are on 
the rental flyers on our website at https://www.takomavillage.org. You can also 
see floor plans and photos there.

Both homes will be available to view at the Open House on Sunday, June 29, from 
2:00 to 4:00.

A homeowner at Takoma Village may rent their home for up to three years, but 
only if they are away temporarily and plan to return. Tenants are expected to 
participate fully in the life of the community.
