months. The common areas include a common house, where parties and dinners are 
held, two play structures, a greenhouse, and an organic garden/pea patch.  A 
large grassy playfield with a geodesic climbing dome is outside the master 
bedroom.  This home is within walking distance to the Lost Lake boat ramp, 
where there is fishing and kayaking. 
 
The Sharingwood community of 29 single-family homes is structured as a 
condominium, which has very low monthly HOA dues of $133.  Residents join teams 
and volunteer a few hours a month, which helps to maintain these low monthly 
dues. We also gather together three times a year for a half-day work party, 
followed by a scrumptious lunch enjoyed in the common house.  Some of our teams
