Have you wondered about fair housing laws and how they interact with cohousing? 
Curious about restricted equity provisions or implementing a right of first

On Monday, 10/20 at 12pm MDT we’ll be hosting our next event, Common Legal 
Questions facing cohousing communities.


We’ll learn key factors to keep in mind when developing (or revising) your 
community’s policies with Clifford Paulin Esq. who has almost 20 years of 
experience advising communities on legal matters.


Come prepared with your own questions as we hope to have time to open the 
conversation to topics as directed by event participants!


Next week’s sessions will be free for CohoUS members or $45 for non-members.
