Hi everyone,

For those curious about how cohousing can take root beyond North America, I
wanted to share some of the exciting *Greek Village Cohousing* developments
you might find inspiring.

We’re now in the next exciting phase of *our Taygete Cohousing Village*, an
intentional community taking shape in the foothills of *a breathtaking
Mediterranean mountain agrihood dotted with charming villages and protected
national park, a short drive from world class beaches and fishing
villages. *

We've collaboratively designed a world- class Common House , with a
full coworking suite in addition to the library (perhaps the first of its
kind!), an outdoor/indoor kitchen, yoga and meditations spots, hiking
trails for miles, a farm, vineyard, spa, and farm to table restaurants
within walking distance, and so much more. This is year round outdoor
living in the Blue Zone for longevity.

In *December*, we’re hosting a small *Cohousing Immersion Tour* for those
who’d like to experience this firsthand as Explorer members.  Our tours are
about individualized attention -- the group helps one another with the
logistics of moving abroad, and purchases in our villages provide *permanent
residency* in Greece, with all the benefits of European residency.
