Hello everyone,

I want to begin by thanking Neil for the thoughtful introduction and for the 
incredibly warm words about our time together in Sacramento. It was truly an 
honor to be invited into the Coho/US Summit’s amphitheater space and to 
witness, firsthand, the way cohousing communities show up with openness, 
curiosity, and heart.

Introducing the TQIF Card Deck to all of you was a meaningful moment for me. 
Watching the room lean in — laughing, reflecting, and discovering new sides of 
one another reminded me exactly why TQIF was created: to help people connect 
more deeply through simple, human conversation. Seeing the cards spark those 
fresh insights and honest exchanges was a gift I won’t soon forget.

Many of you took decks home, and hearing that they’re already being used and 
enjoyed brings me so much joy. That spirit of continued connection is exactly 
what TQIF is built for.

I also want to share that we are in the early stages of planning a TQIF Live 
experience with Laurie Frank and the Linden Cohousing community in Madison, 
Wisconsin, to host it in the summer of 2026. I’m excited about this 
collaboration and would love to create multiple opportunities to engage with 
cohousing communities across the country.

With that in mind, I’d like to extend an open invitation to any community 
interested in bringing TQIF Live to your neighborhood. This 3-hour guided 
connection experience is designed for intentional communities just like yours — 
fostering belonging, curiosity, reflection, and deeper human connection.
