Hello Cohousers!

I did some searching in the archives and haven't seen anything posting in
years and years, and many more communities have come into existence since
then!

So here it is: A*re there any communities hiring out a property manager or
building/facilities manager?* As our community ages (20+ years) both the
creating and managing of the to-do list as well as actually getting the
tasks completed is growing faster than our Building and Grounds team can
manage effectively, even with help from community members not officially on
the team.
