Hi, 
I’m pleased to announce that River Song Cohousing in Eugene, Oregon, has a rare 
opening for one new owner-member household at a price reduction of $24,500! The 
price for the 3/2 ground floor flat is now $544,500, which is on par with the 
original purchase price but minus all the hard work and thousands of hours put 
in by founding members to vision, design, fund, and build the community. 
River Song is a thriving community that completed build and moved into their 28 
units shortly before Thanksgiving 2022. As we just finished celebrating 
Thanksgiving in the United States this week, there has been much to be thankful 
for in the community since then. Solar panels were installed on every building 
last year, and gardens and honeybees provide more produce than we know what to 
do with. Two more young families have joined the community, and the 
multigenerational interactions are a joy to watch. A new patio cover and 
sandbox were added this year, and the community continues to grow in its
