Good facilitation is the single most effective way to improve community
relationships, trust and participation.  It's not easy and it takes both
skill and time, but it pays back dividends for years to come.

FIC is offering a facilitation training starting next week.  I'm excited to
be teaching these powerful skills.  We'll study, practice, talk through
real life situations brought by students and have some fund and laughter
along the way.
