I would like to suggest, for the new communities forming, that you ask those 
who are downsizing to bring their dining room tables, if they are downsizing. 
At Prairie Hill, we filled our eating area this way, and with the same folks 
bringing table linens, it creates a very homey atmosphere, seating 6 to 8 at 
each table. A downside for some may be that you can't fold them up to use the 
space differently, unless we move them outdoors in summer.
