Hi all — I’m looking for a referral. Does anyone in the cohousing world have a *bank or brokerage contact* you really trust (bonus if they *live in cohousing* or are “cohousing-friendly”)? We’re setting up a *pooled, interest-bearing account* for *U.S.-based member down payments* for an international cohousing project (Greek Village Cohousing). We need something like a *high-yield savings, money market, or escrow* where: - the institution can work smoothly with *expats / people living abroad*, and - we can have a *real human contact* (relationship manager / advisor) so we’re not constantly re-explaining our situation. *I**t is the customer service person we are seeking, not advice about the type of account*-- our situation is international and aligned with our financial structure. We also don't necessarily need perfect bedside manner, we are looking for a highly competent and knowledgeable contact - first and foremost. If you know someone at *Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard, a credit union, a trust company, or a major bank or other brokerage* who’s good with this kind of setup — I’d be grateful for an introduction or name. If they have a clue about cohousing- that would be a great bonus. Thank you! Pare (Evi) Gerou for www.GreekVillageCohousing.com
