Cohousing-L Mailing List: How create free classified listing for a community resale?

Hi, I am a member of River Song Cohousing in Eugene, OR, which is a current, 
paid-up community member of CoHo U.S. We should get free classified listings on 
your website, but when I logged in under the RSC account and tried to post a 
classified notice for a resale, the website tried to charge me $65.00. It isn’t 
in my personal budget to pay this amount. How can I get the website to 
recognize River Song’s account and let me post a resale listing for free
