Pricing in Cambridge / New England may not have much bearing on pricing in
Tulsa, but …

Cornerstone has 32 units in four buildings, mostly sprinklered, one with an
elevator and another with a platform lift. For liability and damage loss,
officers’ insurance, etc, we pay something around $42,000 this year. This
includes a $25K per unit deductible and earthquake insurance, but not flood
insurance. Yes, our rates have ratcheted up in large jumps for the last
several years, but this year seem to be leveling off.
