is shared community spaces for small and large group gatherings, weekly shared 
meals, art exhibits, movie nights and more. We enjoy delightful gardens and 
outdoor terraces. Twenty four private condominiums ranging in size from 850 
square feet to 1,700 square feet provide beautiful indoor living space and 
balconies.  We’re a community of individuals and families who contribute to 
each other’s lives. We share community meals once a week and join together to 
work and play in many ways
We are located within easy walking distance of the Farmers’ Market, the 
Carolina Theater, the downtown library, the YMCA, restaurants, shops, parks, 
and we’re only a couple of miles from Duke University and its famous Medical 
Center.
