Hello everyone, 

In shared living communities, where neighbors govern together and disagreements 
are inevitable, NVC isn't a nice-to-have — it's the skill that keeps community 
life workable. 

New to NVC, or want a refresher? Jerry Koch-Gonzalez is a CNVC-certified 
Nonviolent Communication trainer who has been teaching Compassionate 
Communication since 2005 — and this workshop is only offered quarterly.

Over 3 online sessions (Aug 24, 31, Sep 7 | 11am–1pm ET) — 6 hours total — 
you'll learn the core concepts of NVC: needs, feelings, requests, and empathy, 
through presentation, real examples, and hands-on practice.
