Cohousing-L Mailing List: Seeking recommendations for consultants

I'm weeks away from closing on 2.16 acres in Abingdon, Virginia, for Blue
Ridge Cottage Court — a 12-unit net-zero cottage court with a shared
commons building and a microfarm (blueridgecottagecourt.com). Personal
funds and a loan from a friend will cover land acquisition and permitting
costs.

I'm seeking two types of consultant recommendations:

   1. *Construction loan financing* — someone who can guide me through
   securing and structuring the construction loan, including equity
   requirements, phasing, and lender selection.
   2. *Marketing strategy* (secondary) — someone who can help develop a
   marketing approach for reaching prospective founding households and buyers.

Any recommendations you can point me toward would help a great deal.
