Come learn about life at Takoma Village Cohousing in Washington, DC, a thriving 
multigenerational community where residents know and support each other.

Join our in-person tour on Sunday, September 20, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. The 
event is FREE, but registration is required. Sign up to attend through links on

During the tour we will provide a comprehensive introduction to Takoma Village, 
make plenty of time for Q&A, lead a walk-through of our common facilities, and 
peek inside a couple of homes. Light refreshments will be served.

You can take public transportation to the tour. We are two blocks from the 
Takoma Station on Metro’s Red Line. Street parking is also available in the 
neighborhood.

NOTE: This is the last in-person tour this year. Virtual tours will be offered 
online in December 2026 and in March 2027.
