Congratulations! Hope the info re:move-in w be helpful. We do have a process; one of the smarter things we did after some years, and you may want to do same: moved from An Architectural Review Committee to An Architectural Preview Committee. It is a different head set. And an important difference to have your Review be a pre-view…….. This is perhaps what you have in mind. aaannnndd….. you may not want folks to do stuff and then bring t for review……….. that can be another whole layer of complexity. [More likely you want to see what folks are planning. While still in planning stage. Sorry if this seems obvious— I agree, it is obvious……. but we needed to clarify.] Ruth Hirsch, Cantines Island, A Family Friendly Community in Saugerties, NYS Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2026 06:41:04 -0700 From: Anita Hersh <athersh [at] gmail.com> Subject: [C-L]_ Setting Up An Architectural Review Committee ?Can anyone share their experience in setting up an Architectural Review Committee? Information about the criteria your community used to select Committee members and your selection process would be greatly appreciated! Move-in is approaching for our community, and we?ll need to have a Committee in place. In community, Anita Hersh Berkeley Moshav
