For those who can't get enough of MN PUC hearings, there are two next week
on community solar gardens. Perhaps there's a possible site in the
neighborhood of a UU church that EcoMinds could take on as a project. (I
understand the sun requires no watering.) If someone else is interested in
going and can provide a ride, I'd be happy to tag along.

Come to the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission to show support for a
strong plan for community solar gardens from Xcel Energy! Public testimony
may be allowed at this meeting, so you may want to prepare to share your
story of why you would love a strong solar gardens program. It's also fine
to just watch -- there is no need to testify. This is the first of two
hearings on this issue. The second will be on Feb 20th.
