*Thursday, March 13, Move MN Transportation Day at the Capitol *Join MN350
allies for a day to meet one-on-one with legislators and ask them to
support transportation this session - and the excitement will wrap-up with
a massive rally in the Rotunda.  We recognize the last minute nature of
this announcement.  Please check out the Move MN

*Sunday March 16, Tar Sands Pipeline Info Session in Grand Rapids *Join
MN350 local leaders for an evening dedicated to learning about the tar
sands expansion and the upcoming public hearings in Cass Lake, Floodwood,
and Duluth.  Lunch from noon-1pm, meeting from 1-4pm.  Located at Sawmill

*March 17 or 18, Oil Spill Defense Act Public Hearing *MN350 and allies are
working hard to move legislation that protects local communities and
emergency responders from the unnecessary risks of crude oil transport

The first public hearing is tentatively scheduled for Monday or Tuesday,

local residents and MN350 to have a presence/give testimony at the public
hearings along the pipeline route in Minnesota.  Hearings are in Hallock,
