                        Description: This video of a billion gallons of toxic 
water and heavy metal contaminated sludge flowing out of a Canadian sulfide 
mine is all too real.

The Mount Polley mine in British Columbia was a state of the art, modern copper 
mine that had been touted as a shining example of how sulfide mining can 
co-exist with clean water. Now, the head scientist at Vancouver Aquarium's 
ocean pollution research program says it is "virtually impossible to clean up" 
the mess left behind after this catastrophe.

The same company that designed this failed tailings dam reviewed PolyMet's 
proposed mine plan.  We can't let this happen in Minnesota. Please ask the 
below officials to watch this video and protect Minnesota from a calamity like 
this!
