Addition to previous post.

I read your announcement over again and noted the absense of reference
to Monterey's guest room or other accomodations for out of town guests.
Holding out the the offer of staying in cohousing might be a "hook"
to entice someone tho I spose you risk getting someone who doesn't
offer much as a resource person.

REVISED ANNOUNCEMENT: WE CAN ARRANGE HOUSING ;

The Twin Cities 5th Annual Cohousing Gathering will take place on Saturday,
October 29, at Monterey Cohousing Community, Minneapolis area. Registration
begins at 9:30 a.m., program from 10 - afternoon, with options.

WE'D LOVE TO HAVE AN OUT-OF-TOWN SPEAKER, SO IF ANY OF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TALK
ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCES, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE
MOVED IN, OF COURSE.
        (judy baxter, 612-922-5125).

The program is still being developed, but there will be a skit about living in
cohousing, core group updates, a newcomers forum, the annual meeting of the
network, and a variety of topic workshops. Anyone want to talk about
affordability?

Details: cost is $15/household, 10/individual, ($12,$8 for network members)
CHILD CARE provided if reserved by oct 15. Light breakfast and snack
provided, pot luck lunch.

WE CAN ARRANGE ACCOMODATIONS if you let us know in advance. Monterey Cohousing
has two guest rooms, I have a twin bed in a study, and I'm sure other members
could find space, one way or another, either in the "mansion" or in the homes
of non-resident members. So, . . . let us know.
