I will continue to advocate that groups set up special times to deal 
with all the non-business issues and communications.  They build up, 
cause problems, get in the way of decisions on business. At Sharingwood 
we do monthly Sharing Circles, which is a specific type of format which 
allows people to say stuff they need to say and deal with.
