I am beginning to see a pattern emerge here. I am finding that there are clearly two distinct groups of seniors interested in cohousing. In group 1, the seniors would prefer to live where there are no children - they quote problems as noise, clutter, priorities (kid-centered activities taking over the adult-centered activities). In group 2, the seniors would prefer to be in a community of mixed ages. IMHO, both are valid and there is a need for both kinds of cohousing communities. - Nancy Nancy Wight wight [at] world.std.com New View Neighborhood Development Acton, MA
