Yes, this came up in a few of the seminars/discussions I attended.  I am 
beginning to see a pattern emerge here.  I am finding that there are clearly 
two distinct groups of seniors interested in cohousing.  In group 1, the 
seniors would prefer to live where there are no children - they quote 
problems as noise, clutter, priorities (kid-centered activities taking over 
the adult-centered activities).  In group 2, the seniors would prefer to be 
in a community of mixed ages.  IMHO, both are valid and there is a need for 
both kinds of cohousing communities.
