Sharingwood chose option #3, divide all the common costs out exactly equally. In many typical condos you not only pay for common expenses proportional to the square footage, you also get proportional representation, that is bigger units get more votes in decision making. At Sharingwood we chose an egalitarian decision structure and an egalitarian funding structure. One home, one vote, one equal share of all the costs. Rob Sandelin Sharingwood
