I am replying to the request from Dan Ardoin regarding advice about hiring a
Project Manager. Although I am aware of what you are looking for and have
performed this service, I do not have any sample documents.

Has the group spoken to the engineer/architect who prepared the plans about
performing the work? As the design firm they would be the best source for
knowing the intent of the drawings.

If you are interested in having a second source overseeing the construction,
maybe you can contact the local architectural association to see if they have
sample documents and/or contracts.
