Laurie, there are many intentional communities out there, especially rural ones, where living is far cheaper than your $200 K coho rendition. An excellent resource for finding them is the "Communities Directory" which lists about 540 North American communities. The brand new edition is available for about $25 from Communities Rt. 4, Box 169-C Louisa, VA 23093 703-894-5126 Many of the communities encourage visitors to schedule when they arrive. Some can be joined with little or no money up front. --==Mike M==--
