Hello,
My name is Tamar Raine, my nickname is Magenta.

I am seeking a new living situation as I am leaving my husband of six 
years. I don't have enough money saved up yet for a downpayment, but 
hopefully there are co-housing units I can rent. I'm physically 
disabled and want to live in a co-housing project so I'm not
as isolated, and because eventually I want to adopt a child and feel 
that a co-housong situation would be ideal for the child as well. 
I am hoping there are accessible co-housing units I could rent until 
I can afford the down payment required in the home of your own 
program. Or can I rent to own? Currently, I recieve SSI/SS. I can 
afford up to $350/ month.
