I am in the midst of researching what kinds of marketing strategies cohousing
group have found to be especially effective in attracting members.  I am
especially focusing on what features, incentives, special promotions have
sucessfully been used to help prospective members make the jump into
committing to a group.  

In addition, I am attemptiong to determine if there are any general
requirements prospective members say they need before committing (i.e. site
plan, house designs, elevations, firm prices, etc.).
