I guess I misspoke.   As a lawyer, I'm well aware of the legal requirements 
for condo associations in the Commonwealth -  my interest is in the internal 
governance models that cohousing groups have worked out - the "house rules 
for civil living" and so on - dining,  shared chores, dogs, children, 
recycling, whatever....
