Here's a question for those of you, involved in building a "Danish Model" development, all the units at once, who have gotten past ground-breaking and actually moved in: What was the workload like *during* construction? I fantasize that it lightens up - after all, we've handed things over to the professionals at that point, but I wonder... There's so much to keep track of as we head into groundbreaking, it's hard to imagine it getting any busier! I can also imagine that things get pretty wacky once families start moving in, but given that moving is wild no matter when or how you do it, that should come with the territory. So give us some idea of what to expect while the walls are going up, eh? Thanks, John Major Wasatch Cohousing ...where we are using the inflated value of the land to keep from having to come up with a big "shortfall" of funds to cover construction - I guess real estate inflation isn't *all* bad!
