Cohousing-L Mailing List: Work requirement

Sunward Cohousing of Ann Arbor is presently trying to establish a formal work
requirement policy.  Our drafts propose a work requirement of 6-8 hours per
month, with an option to pay $10/hour in lieu of actually working.  

I found some discussion of this issue three years ago in the archives, but
nothing recently.  I would appreciate it if those of you who have formal work
policies would e-mail me a copy.
