This is the continuation of the note I wrote on consensus that got sent by
accident just now--sorry about that.

I recommend Building United Judgement , Published by the Center for Conflict
Resolution as a good basic handbook.  

Another word on Caroline Estes--she's a powerful  group leader with a very
clear vision of a very effective consensus process, she has lots of
experience, and lots of practical tips to teach.
