Dear co-housing community These facilitation workshops are not designed specifically for people who want to facilitate cohousing meetings but the principles I teach are the same that I teach in workshops for cohousing groups. One of the key differences is that most groups and organizations can find a way to remove truly uncooperative individuals while a cohousing group has to live with them:-) For the most part though, cohousing groups are made up of members who have common goals and a previous understanding on key principles (consensus based decision making, member participation etc.) Overall, I think you will find this one day course will provide you with a lot of useful information and skill building.
