Cohousing-L Mailing List: Calculating Our Reserve Fund

Greetings:

We here at the Nomad Cohousing community in Boulder, Colorado are
looking for suggestions on how best to calculate the reserve and
replacement costs for our community.  We are just over two years old and
feel it is critical to get this under control ASAP.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  Please email me directly as I often
do not have the time to read all the messages on this list.
