Cohousing-L Mailing List: how do i get on digest?

i'm sorry to take up space with this request, but i just haven't been able to 
figure out the list commands.  would the list master please put me on digest 
for this list.  i've been trying for two days to figure out how to do this 
using list serve commands, without success.  if you can't switch me to digest 
directly as a result of this request, please send me clearer instructions 
about how to do it.
