Hi all,

I'm looking for a handout on consensus for our upcoming orientation - I'm
thinking of something 1-2 pages, could be specifically about community or
not, that describes consensus process in a way that would make sense for
people who haven't thought about it before.

Any suggestions?  I have a miserable time whenever i try to search for
anything i nthe archives, but I'll look..
