RoseWind, in our eleventh year, is now fully owned by 24 households. 16 
homes are built, another is under construction, and several more are 
planning to get building this year. Our common house (community hall) 
should be in use by year end, and is now getting paint and flooring: it's 
wonderful! The community garden plots are producing vegetables and 
flowers.  Our website has more information on the community, and has been

questions about RoseWind in general. 

We are in Port Townsend, Washington, on the Olympic Peninsula, a 
wonderful place for children (and adults), with lots of art, music, 
dance, wooden boats, and town-community celebrations and events. For
