Cohousing-L Mailing List: Visitor numbers ???

Greetings all, from NZ

All those that have been through it, may chuckle to remember the rush
and hectic times!.
Having just lodged our building consent for Earthsong
Eco-Neighbourhood's 32 rammed earth cohousing homes in Auckland New
Zealand... and... the finance broker is saying we are in a really strong
position to line up funding...adds up to tentative yahoos, and a flat
out time!

One such a task is applying for a grant for our stormwater features,
(watertanks, pond, swales, permeable paving, bog garden etc.) It would
assist our chances of getting this grant if I could illustrate the
magnitude of visitor numbers that cohousing projects have, particularly
first projects in regions.
Can you tell us roughly how many visitors per month, and the size of
your regional population.
As our local government only funds the public good component, this way
we can argue that the "spread of benefits" is far and beyond ourselves.
