Dear List:
My daughter Lauren, who's off at college, suggests:

"There's no Housing like Cohousing"

Didn't Southside Park have a travel mug with the words to a whole song
with that title?

When I sent Lauren the list of 44 slogans she liked #23 and #35 the best:

23.  Cohousing: The Quintessential Exercise in Delayed Gratification
35.  Cohousing: where everyone knows your name.  (and who you live with,
and what you feed your dog, and where you keep your mugs.... :-)

This comes from my girl who was 11 when we first joined our cohousing
group.  Lauren grew up participating in meetings and serving on
committees for 7 years.  We finally moved into Tierra Nueva the summer
she graduated from high school.  After one month of settling into her new
room, she left to began her college career in the dorms at UC Santa Cruz.
