This is a great exercise. I too have too many thoughts and too much information to share. I have to avoid talking first, loudest, and longest. I go nuts waiting for a group to "catch up." In a meeting once I was trying to get people to do something -- can' t remember what -- but it was a no-brainer to which no one responded. I asked why and was told, "you talked too long." Simple as that.
