1. On average,how many people come to a common meal in your community? Varies wildly, the better cooks get better turnout. Low 15 high upper thirties? 2. How many cooks and cleaners do you scheudule? 1 cook, 1 helper, 2 cleaners 3. How long does it usually take the cooks to cook and the cleaners to clean? Varies wildly, usually the better cooks spend more time. Some people just heat up pizza and put out premade bagged salad. Cleanup varies, but usually takes an hour to 90 minutes, depending upon what was for dinner.
